Your Questions Answered...

When will I be notified about staff interviews?

Camp Directors will be contacting Applicants by email to schedule interviews via Zoom in May 2022.

Is there compensation for being a staff member?

All camp leadership positions will be given an honorarium of $125 or service hours for school projects. Counsellors-in-Training and Assistants may also receive service hours.

Can Tapawingo Camp accommodate special diets?

In cooperation with the staff member, special diet requests will be assessed and accommodated on an individual basis.

What Covid-19 restrictions will be in place at camp?

The health and safety of the campers has always been very important to camp organizers. We are hopeful that all Covid-19 restrictions will be fully removed in time for this year's camp. However, this is not in our control, and if the government decides to implement any such measures, we would be required to follow them at camp. Not doing so would put both ourselves and the camp owners at legal risk. In this unfortunate event, we would do our best to offer an experience with the minimal impositions possible.
